What size unit do I need?

Is access to the units easy?
All units are at ground floor level and allow vehicles to be driven to the doors (choice of two doors for indoor units).
How do I make payments? We accept all main cards, cash or cheque for the initial rental payment ,PLUS a one month returnable deposit. Subsequent monthly rental payments may also be made via internet banking.
When can I access my unit?
Anytime during our opening hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and Saturday 9am-12.30am, without appointment.
Is access possible outside opening hours?
For new customers wishing to install their items outside our stated hours, it MAY be possible to gain access by prior arrangement (minimum of 48 hours notice). A similar arrangement MAY also be possible for customers vacating their unit.
Will my goods be insured?
Cirencester Self Storage Ltd. does not provide insurance cover. Customers may be able to arrange cover via their existing household/business policy. Our premises is approved by Insurastore.com - please visit their website if you wish to obtain a quote from them.
Are you open over Christmas? No. We are closed from noon on Christmas Eve, re-opening the day after the New Year's Day bank holiday.
Do I need a lock? Yes. We hold a stock of locks priced at £12.50, in the event a customer does not already own a suitable lock.
Do we sell packing materials?
Yes. We normally have a stock of packing tape, cardboard boxes, armchair, sofa and mattress covers.
Do I need to give notice before vacating?
